AWE Early Literacy Statistics
The library purchsed and installed four bilingual AWE Early Literacy workstations for young children in January, 2015. These are in use in the Children's areas of both College Hill and Irving Street Library. In 2020 three additional After School Edge bilingual workstations for older kids were purchased. Below are the usage statistics from the AWE computers.
NOTES:
* Statistcs for 2020 are low because the library closed on 3/14/2020 due to the COVID19 pandemic.
* The AWE computers remained out of service for all of 2021.
* College Hill AWE workstations were placed back in service on 4/7/2022.
* Irving Street AWE workstations were placed back in service on 4/14/2022.
* All 7 AWE workstations were upgraded in July of 2023 to include all programs (Early Literacy + After School Edge + Spanish language games)
